The Commonwealth War Graves Foundation
Although the story and this website have no formal connection to the Commonwealth War Graves Foundation (CWGF), the author would like to raise awareness of their work.
As the recognised charity of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, the CWGF aims to keep alive the stories of those lost during the two World Wars through its outreach programmes — its Speakers and Tour Guide volunteers, and its Guides working in Northern France and Belgium. Donations support these programmes, allowing the Foundation to engage with all communities, especially the young, with stories of sacrifice that should not be forgotten.

Donations are made directly on the Foundation’s own website. This site processes no funds and runs no fundraising of its own.
